What this site is. TheRoofFacts.com publishes reference information about roofing costs, materials, warranties, and insurance processes, and operates a referral service that connects homeowners with one local roofing contractor. We are a publisher and a referral service. We do not perform roofing work and we are not a party to any contract between you and a contractor.

Information, not advice. Content on this site is general information, verified against the published sources named next to each figure. It is not engineering, legal, insurance, or financial advice for your specific roof, policy, or claim. Warranty terms, insurance coverage, and building requirements vary by product, policy, and jurisdiction — confirm anything that matters against your own documents or a qualified professional before acting on it.

Figures change. Every figure carries its source and verification date. Manufacturers revise warranty documents and prices move; a figure is accurate as of its stated date, and we do not warrant that it remains current beyond that.

The referral service. When you submit the estimate form, we pass your details to one contractor serving your ZIP code, who pays us a referral fee. We do not guarantee that a contractor will contact you, quote you, or perform work, and we are not responsible for the work a contractor performs. Any agreement you enter is between you and the contractor.

Acceptable use. Do not submit another person’s contact details, scrape or republish the site’s content without permission, or interfere with the site’s operation.

Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided as-is and Nukebook LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or the referral service.
