We publish what roofing work actually costs in North Texas cities, using permit filings and published municipal fee schedules rather than contractor estimates.

We are a publisher. We do not perform roofing work, we do not employ roofers, and we do not inspect roofs.

Every figure on this site names its source and the date it was verified. Where we do not have data for a city, we say so on the page rather than estimating — a city with no verified permit data does not get a page here at all.
