What we collect. If you complete the estimate form: your name, phone number, ZIP code, optional email, and your answers about the roof. If you request the permit report: your email and ZIP only.

Who receives it. Your contact details go to one local roofing contractor serving your ZIP code. Nobody else. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not pass it to additional contractors.

Analytics. We record which steps of the form people reach, so we can tell where it is confusing. Those records carry a per-visit identifier and your answers about the roof — never your name, phone number, email or address.

Storage on your device. This site does not store your form answers in your browser. If you close the tab mid-form, the answers are gone — including on a shared or family device.

Permit data. The filings we publish come from public county records. We publish street names, permit types, dates and declared values. We do not publish house numbers, full addresses, or the names of property owners.
